at the gathering on the side of our old school, this one took place sometime
in the 1950's.

May 6, 1956, the Newark Evening
News (Sunday Edition) ran an article on my family and why we liked to live
in the Roseville Section of Newark. My father who went on to become a Chief
in the NFD before retiriing around 1976.

One of the 4th Grade Classes
at SRL 1958........Jeff Schick appears in the top row, left, next to
the nun. She had to leave the school and the classroom later in the school
year because she needed a rest and never returned to the classroom.
How many of these faces do you know? I see Greg Greeley (dec.), Joe
Brown (dec.), Buster Marvel, Carol Modeski, Barbara Jennings, Paul Hotz,
John Zipfeld, Tommy Lawrence, Gerald Rotunda, John Castle, etc.
